Our client is a well‑established commercial general contractor with a strong presence across the Southeast, delivering ground‑up and interior projects in the retail, restaurant, medical office, and multifamily sectors. Known for repeat clients, trusted subcontractor relationships, and a hands‑on leadership team, they offer Superintendents real ownership over their projects and day‑to‑day operations.

Job Description

As the Superintendent, you will report directly to senior leadership and take full ownership of site execution from start to finish.

  • Lead day‑to‑day field operations across commercial and multifamily projects
  • Manage schedules, subcontractors, inspections, and site safety
  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers to drive schedule and cost control
  • Ensure work is completed to contract documents and quality standards
  • Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, inspectors, and owners
  • Oversee ground‑up and interior renovation scopes simultaneously as required
  • Proactively resolve field issues to keep projects on track

The Successful Applicant

  • For the Superintendent we are seeking:
  • 5-7+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
  • Proven experience across two or more of the following sectors:
    • Quick‑service restaurant
    • Restaurant
    • Retail
    • Medical office building
    • Multifamily or student housing
  • Experience delivering ground‑up and interior projects
  • Ability to operate independently without significant oversight
  • Strong leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills
  • Local to, or within a commutable distance of, Northeast Georgia
