  Strategic Problem-Solving: Monitor progress with a keen eye, identifying and resolving potential field roadblocks before they impact the schedule.

  Documentation Excellence: Maintain a precise project record, including daily logs, safety audits, and rigorous inspection reports.

  Site Leadership: Lead high-impact site meetings to ensure every trade is synchronized and aligned with the project vision.
