Their structured, design-build approach ensures projects run efficiently while providing strong internal support for their teams.They are committed to employee growth through a merit-based promotion structure, ongoing training, and a culture that values performance, collaboration, and long-term development.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent will be responsible for:Acting as the primary on-site leader for day-to-day construction activitiesCoordinating with owners, architects, and engineers throughout the project lifecycleDeveloping and managing project schedules, including critical path planningManaging subcontractors and resolving scheduling or productivity challengesOverseeing site logistics, workforce planning, and daily operationsIdentifying and documenting field issues and preparing RFIs as neededCoordinating across all trades to maintain project alignment and progressEnsuring all permits, inspections, and compliance requirements are metSupporting budget tracking and managing general conditionsEnforcing quality control and ensuring all work meets contract documentsPromoting a strong safety culture and adherence to all safety standardsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
