They offer a stable pipeline of local work and a collaborative, team-oriented culture.Job DescriptionField Leadership & ExecutionManage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through completion.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and daily jobsite operations.Ensure projects are built according to plans, specifications, and company standards.Scheduling & CoordinationDevelop and maintain project schedules and short-term look-ahead plans.Coordinate subcontractor sequencing to maintain workflow and avoid delays.Work closely with Project Managers to align timelines and execution strategies.Quality ControlMaintain high standards of workmanship on all aspects of the project.Conduct regular site inspections and resolve deficiencies promptly.Ensure final deliverables meet client expectations and project specifications.Safety ManagementEnforce safety protocols and maintain a safety-first culture on-site.Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and ensure OSHA compliance.Hold subcontractors accountable for safe work practices.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
