Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Field Leadership & Execution

• Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and daily jobsite operations.
• Ensure projects are built according to plans, specifications, and company standards.

Scheduling & Coordination

• Develop and maintain project schedules and short-term look-ahead plans.
• Coordinate subcontractor sequencing to maintain workflow and avoid delays.
• Work closely with Project Managers to align timelines and execution strategies.

Quality Control

• Maintain high standards of workmanship on all aspects of the project.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve deficiencies promptly.
• Ensure final deliverables meet client expectations and project specifications.

Safety Management

• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safety-first culture on-site.
• Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Hold subcontractors accountable for safe work practices.
