Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Field Leadership & Execution

• Manage all onsite construction activities from mobilization through project completion.
• Lead subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure efficient project execution.
• Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and contract requirements.
• Maintain project productivity while meeting schedule milestones.

Scheduling & Coordination

• Develop and manage short-term and long-range project schedules.
• Conduct weekly subcontractor coordination meetings.
• Maintain look-ahead schedules and proactively address potential delays.
• Coordinate material deliveries, inspections, and subcontractor sequencing.

Quality Control

• Ensure all work meets project specifications and company quality standards.
• Conduct regular jobsite inspections and quality reviews.
• Identify and resolve deficiencies promptly.
• Oversee punch list development and project closeout activities.

Safety Management

• Promote and enforce a safety-first culture on all projects.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety meetings, and jobsite inspections.
• Hold subcontractors accountable for maintaining safe work practices.
