With a strong backlog of local work and a high percentage of repeat clients, the organization offers long-term stability and a collaborative, team-oriented environment.This is an opportunity to join a contractor that takes pride in building meaningful projects that positively impact communities throughout East Tennessee.Job DescriptionField Leadership & ExecutionManage all onsite construction activities from mobilization through project completion.Lead subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure efficient project execution.Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and contract requirements.Maintain project productivity while meeting schedule milestones.Scheduling & CoordinationDevelop and manage short-term and long-range project schedules.Conduct weekly subcontractor coordination meetings.Maintain look-ahead schedules and proactively address potential delays.Coordinate material deliveries, inspections, and subcontractor sequencing.Quality ControlEnsure all work meets project specifications and company quality standards.Conduct regular jobsite inspections and quality reviews.Identify and resolve deficiencies promptly.Oversee punch list development and project closeout activities.Safety ManagementPromote and enforce a safety-first culture on all projects.Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.Conduct toolbox talks, safety meetings, and jobsite inspections.Hold subcontractors accountable for maintaining safe work practices.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
