Known for its collaborative culture and strong reputation, the company maintains a healthy backlog and invests in modern technology and process improvements.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent will:Lead daily field operations on commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders to maintain project schedules.Drive site safety, quality control, and compliance with company standards.Mentor and provide guidance to junior Superintendents and field personnel.Collaborate closely with Project Managers and company leadership to resolve field issues.Manage project documentation, reporting, and communication using construction technology platforms.Oversee construction activities for ground-up and renovation projects across sectors including religious facilities, schools, community buildings, retail, office, recreation, and childcare facilities.Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors throughout project delivery.Support continuous improvement initiatives, including the adoption of AI-driven processes and technologies.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
