Job Description

  • Lead on-site construction activities from mobilization through punch-out
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, site works, and utilities
  • Maintain safety, quality, and schedule standards on active sites
  • Serve as the primary on-site client-facing representative
  • Support multiple projects as required across the local market

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • 5+ years' experience as a Superintendent with a general contractor
  • Proven leadership on commercial projects from ground-up delivery
  • Strong site works and utilities background
  • Professional, client-facing communication style
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using construction software
