Superintendent- Commercial, Healthcare-Southern NH/MA

• Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies on-site.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
• Work closely with stakeholders to manage project budgets and timelines effectively.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high-quality standards and adherence to design specifications.
