Job Description

  • Lead all onsite construction activities from project start through final closeout.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, manpower, site logistics, and daily work sequencing.
  • Enforce company safety standards, job hazard analysis, and OSHA compliance.
  • Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
  • Maintain project schedules in coordination with the Project Manager.
  • Conduct daily huddles, weekly subcontractor meetings, and look‑ahead planning.
  • Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and sequencing of work.
  • Maintain daily job reports, safety documentation, and quality records.
  • Oversee quality control, punch list execution, and turnover activities.
  • Serve as the primary onsite representative for owners, inspectors, and designers.

The Successful Applicant

  • 6-12+ years of superintendent experience in commercial or industrial construction.
  • Experience with manufacturing facilities, distribution centers, warehouses, commercial buildings, or specialty industrial projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and site logistics.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications with confidence.
  • A safety‑first mindset and a track record of clean, organized jobsites.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with trades and project teams.
  • Local or regional experience in East Tennessee preferred.



What's on Offer

  • Base Salary: $90,000 - $120,000
  • Total Compensation (with bonus): $105,000 - $140,000
  • Annual Bonus: 10-15% (performance‑based)
  • Vehicle / Allowance: $650 - $1,000 per month
