The company is experiencing continued growth, maintains exceptionally low employee turnover, and offers employees the opportunity to build long-term careers within a people-first culture.Job DescriptionThe Superintendent will:Manage day-to-day field operations under the direction of senior field leadership.Coordinate subcontractors, work sequencing, and material deliveries to maintain project schedules.Monitor quality standards and ensure all work aligns with project drawings, specifications, and applicable codes.Enforce jobsite safety requirements and actively participate in safety meetings and audits.Maintain daily reports, manpower tracking, and schedule updates.Support project inspections and coordinate the correction of deficiencies.Assist with punch list completion and project closeout activities.Communicate field progress, risks, and issues with project management and field leadership teams.Mentor and support junior field personnel and trade foremen.Take ownership of smaller projects as experience and performance allow.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
