Job Description

  • Lead all on-site activities for commercial interiors and tenant improvement projects
  • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and daily site operations
  • Drive project schedules and ensure timely delivery of fast-track interior projects
  • Maintain high standards of quality, particularly for finishes and client-facing spaces
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Coordinate closely with project managers, clients, and building stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve site issues quickly to maintain progress

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent with a Commercial General Contractor
  • Strong background in interiors / tenant improvement / corporate buildouts
  • Experience working in occupied buildings and fast-paced environments
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and schedules
  • Strong subcontractor coordination and field leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
