Job Description

The Superintendent - Commercial Interiors - Leesburg, VA will be responsible for:

  • Lead day-to-day field operations for a complex renovation and addition project.
  • Manage project schedules, trade coordination, and site logistics.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, and project stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality, safety, and production goals are consistently achieved.
  • Oversee historic restoration work while maintaining project standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and self-perform crews to drive project success.
  • Identify and resolve field challenges to maintain schedule and budget objectives.
  • Deliver the project safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Commercial Interiors - Leesburg, VA should have:

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor.
  • Proven experience managing renovation, addition, and historic restoration projects.
  • Previous project experience in Loudoun County is highly preferred.
  • Stable career history with demonstrated tenure and progression.
  • Experience working for established, reputable general contractors.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills.
  • Preference for candidates who advanced through field positions into Superintendent roles.
