Job Description

The Superintendent - Commercial Interiors - NoVA will be responsible for:

  • Oversee day-to-day field operations for multiple interior construction projects
  • Manage project schedules, subcontractors, and on-site coordination
  • Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines
  • Communicate regularly with project managers, APMs, and leadership
  • Coordinate inspections, site logistics, and material deliveries
  • Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and clients
  • Manage 2-3 projects concurrently across the NOVA/DC region

The Successful Applicant

The Superintendent - Commercial Interiors - NoVA should have:

  • 7+ years of construction field experience as a Superintendent
  • Proven experience in commercial interior projects (office or retail preferred)
  • Experience managing projects ranging from $100K to $2M+
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams and subcontractors
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally to job sites
