Job Description

  • Oversee all on-site activities for commercial interior construction projects
  • Manage day-to-day coordination of subcontractors and trades
  • Drive project schedules and ensure timely completion of all phases
  • Maintain a strong focus on quality control and finishing standards
  • Enforce jobsite safety and ensure compliance with all regulations
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, clients, and design teams
  • Proactively identify and resolve field issues
  • Lead site meetings and provide consistent progress updates

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial interiors construction
  • Strong background in corporate interiors, office build-outs, or similar projects
  • Experience managing fast-track, high-end interior finishes
  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and site coordination
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple trades in active environments
  • Must be based in or near Atlanta (no travel required)
