Superintendent- Commercial- Large Ground Up-Burlington VT

• Manage all phases of large ground-up commercial construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards on-site.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain project timelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers to address project requirements.
• Monitor project budgets and control costs to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure progress aligns with project plans and specifications.
• Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
