Superintendent - Commercial - Little Rock

The Superintendent will report into senior operations leadership and be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction sites across defence, industrial/manufacturing, commercial, and healthcare projects.

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
• Manage subcontractors, site teams, and daily schedules
• Coordinate inspections and ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
• Monitor project progress and adjust workflows to meet deadlines
• Lead site meetings and communicate updates to key stakeholders
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and site records
• Drive a strong safety culture across all job sites
