This Superintendent role offers the opportunity to manage diverse commercial construction projects while driving safety, schedule, and quality objectives.Lead day-to-day field operations for ground-up and renovation commercial construction projects.Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and site logistics.Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are achieved on time.Enforce safety standards and promote a culture of jobsite safety.Review construction drawings and specifications to ensure quality execution.Conduct site meetings and provide regular project updates to internal and external stakeholders.Identify and resolve field challenges to minimize impacts on budget, schedule, and project performance.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
