Job Description

The Superintendent - Commercial Renovations will:

  • Oversee daily field operations and project execution.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control.
  • Lead project teams and maintain strong communication with project managers and clients.
  • Drive projects to completion while ensuring schedule and budget objectives are achieved.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders in fast-paced construction environments.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Commercial Renovations should have:

  • 10+ years of construction experience.
  • Proven ability to lead projects independently.
  • Experience with banking, healthcare, commercial interiors, or renovation work.
  • Strong leadership and scheduling expertise.
  • Willingness to travel as project needs require.
