Job Description

  • Oversee daily field operations from project startup through closeout
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality standards
  • Coordinate project activities with clients, vendors, and project teams
  • Lead site meetings and maintain project documentation and reporting
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget expectations

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Commercial & Retail Construction should have:

  • 5+ years of construction experience in a Superintendent role
  • Experience with interior renovations and ground-up construction projects
  • Background working in occupied and unoccupied retail environments
  • OSHA 30 certification plus CPR/First Aid/AED training required
  • LEED accreditation preferred with strong leadership and communication skills.
