Superintendent- Commercial & Retail

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to maintain efficient workflows.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements at all times.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.
• Proactively identify and resolve on-site issues to minimize delays and disruptions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and schedules.
• Foster a positive team environment and ensure clear communication among all parties involved.
