Job Description

The Superintendent - Commercial Construction will report into senior construction leadership and take full ownership of on-site execution, including project scheduling and coordination.

  • Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using Microsoft Project
  • Drive project timelines and proactively push schedules to meet milestones
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations for ground-up commercial builds
  • Maintain strong client relationships through clear and professional communication
  • Ensure accurate and timely project documentation and reporting
  • Travel across regional job sites as required within the Front Range

The Successful Applicant

For the Superintendent - Commercial Construction, we are seeking:

  • 5+ years of experience in ground-up commercial construction
  • Proven ability to create and manage project schedules independently
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project
  • Experience in self-storage projects is preferred, but not required
  • Exposure to multifamily or light commercial projects is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and confident in managing project paperwork
  • A collaborative mindset-"old school" approaches won't thrive here
  • High level of trust, accountability, and cultural alignment
