Superintendent- Commericial, Automotive- North Boston, NH

• Manage day-to-day field operations on ground-up construction projects ranging from $2M-$20M.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure schedule, quality, and safety objectives are achieved.
• Maintain project documentation and communication through Procore and other construction management tools.
• Enforce site safety standards and lead jobsite safety initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Senior Superintendents, and ownership teams throughout project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and site logistics to drive successful project delivery.
• Oversee projects across Northern Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.
• Report directly to a Senior Superintendent and work within a highly collaborative operations team.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards
