Known for its self-perform expertise and consistent project pipeline, the company offers long-term career growth, strong field support, and the opportunity to work on impactful projects throughout the region.Job DescriptionThe Concrete Superintendent will report into Operations Leadership and play a critical role in delivering structural concrete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule across a variety of commercial and public-sector developments.Lead all field operations for structural concrete scopes including foundations, slabs, walls, elevated decks, and related work.Coordinate labor, equipment, subcontractors, and material deliveries to ensure project milestones are achieved.Maintain project schedules and drive productivity in the field.Champion site safety and ensure compliance with company and client requirements.Collaborate with Project Managers and internal stakeholders to resolve field challenges and maintain project momentum.Conduct daily planning, site meetings, quality control inspections, and progress reporting.Build positive relationships with clients, inspectors, suppliers, and project teams.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
