• Oversee all aspects of multifamily projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage subcontractors and on-site personnel to maintain high-quality standards.
• Coordinate project timelines and schedules to ensure efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including reports and schedules.
• Resolve any challenges that arise during the construction process.
