Superintendent - Construction - Brooklyn

• Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain workflow.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with local building codes.
• Monitor project budgets and address any discrepancies as they arise.
• Prepare and present progress reports to project managers and stakeholders.
• Resolve on-site issues and make adjustments to maintain project efficiency.
• Ensure quality control across all construction phases.
• Maintain effective communication with team members and leadership.
