Superintendent - Construction - Brooklyn

• Coordinate daily construction activities on site to keep work aligned with project plans.
• Monitor jobsite progress and address day-to-day issues that affect scheduled work.
• Coordinate contractors and trades to maintain clear sequencing of construction activities.
• Review completed work to confirm it meets project requirements and quality expectations.
• Maintain a safe jobsite by reinforcing site safety practices during daily operations.
• Communicate construction updates with project stakeholders to support timely decisions.
• Track site conditions, materials, and work status to help keep projects on course.
