Superintendent- Construction- Greenwich

As a Superintendent - Construction - Greenwich, you will be responsible for:

• Managing all day-to-day field operations on luxury custom home projects
• Supervising subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel
• Maintaining project schedules and driving milestone completion
• Coordinating architects, designers, engineers, and ownership teams
• Overseeing custom millwork, cabinetry, stone, and specialty finish installations
• Conducting quality control inspections throughout the construction process
• Managing site logistics, deliveries, and material coordination
• Leading jobsite safety meetings and ensuring OSHA compliance
• Reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and shop drawings
• Identifying and resolving field issues proactively
• Maintaining daily reports, schedules, and project documentation
• Managing punch-list completion and project turnover
• Ensuring all work meets the company's high-end residential quality standards
