About Our Client

Our client is hiring for a role in the custom home building and construction industry in Greenwich.

Job Description

  • Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Communicate project updates effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Support project managers in achieving project goals and objectives.
