Superintendent - Construction - Hartford

• Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Review and interpret project blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Ensure proper allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Communicate project updates and milestones to relevant stakeholders.
• Lead and motivate on-site teams to achieve project goals effectively and efficiently.
