• Manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to address construction challenges.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements.
• Maintain effective communication with clients to address any concerns or updates.
• Implement strategies to optimize resources and reduce project costs.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure all work aligns with project specifications and standards.
