Job Description

  • Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all construction sites.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide construction activities.
  • Resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly to minimize disruptions to the project timeline.
  • Manage and mentor construction teams to foster a productive and collaborative environment.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control throughout all phases of the project.
