Superintendent - Construction - Manhattan

• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project timelines.
• Inspect work progress and ensure compliance with building codes and project specifications.
• Manage and resolve any on-site issues or delays to keep the project on track.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status.
• Enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment on the job site.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress.
