Superintendent - Construction - Manhattan

• Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to maintain project timelines.
• Oversee quality control to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols across the construction site.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders and management.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Monitor inventory and procurement of materials and equipment as needed.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes in Manhattan.
