Superintendent - Construction - Manhattan

• Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain project schedules and resolve any issues.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Monitor the quality of work and ensure it meets the required specifications and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address any potential challenges.
• Manage the procurement and delivery of materials to ensure availability on-site when needed.
• Provide leadership and direction to construction teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders, detailing project status and any necessary adjustments.
