Superintendent - Construction - Manhattan

• Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and on-site personnel effectively.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements on all job sites.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to address any project challenges.
• Oversee procurement and delivery of construction materials.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Ensure clear communication with clients regarding project updates and expectations.
• Prepare and submit detailed project reports as required.
