Superintendent - Construction - Manhattan

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to streamline operations.
• Monitor safety compliance and enforce company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality benchmarks.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process promptly and effectively.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns.
• Support the development of junior team members to enhance overall team performance.
