Superintendent - Construction - Manhattan

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain project timelines and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols at all construction sites.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and address any issues proactively.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and budgets.
• Communicate effectively with project teams and clients to ensure project goals are met.
• Implement solutions to resolve construction-related challenges and improve efficiency.
• Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
