Superintendent- Construction- Manhattan

As a DOB Licensed Superintendent - Construction - Manhattan, you will be responsible for:

• Serving as the licensed Site Superintendent for assigned projects
• Managing all daily field operations from mobilization through closeout
• Ensuring compliance with NYC DOB regulations and permitting requirements
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and field personnel
• Maintaining and updating project schedules to meet critical milestones
• Conducting daily safety inspections and enforcing OSHA standards
• Overseeing quality control and workmanship throughout construction
• Reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules
• Leading subcontractor meetings and field coordination efforts
• Managing site logistics in dense urban environments
• Identifying and resolving field issues to avoid schedule impacts
• Preparing daily reports, inspections, and compliance documentation
• Collaborating with Project Managers, owners, architects, and engineers
• Supporting project turnover and closeout activities
