Superintendent - Construction - Manhattan is hiring within the building and construction industry, focusing on residential construction projects in Manhattan.

Job Description

  • Manage all on-site activities to ensure timely project completion.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to maintain schedules and budgets.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
  • Maintain quality control and ensure the work meets required standards.
