The Superintendent - Construction - Manhattan

• Supervise daily construction site operations to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and maintain quality control.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all project sites.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts efficiently and professionally.
• Communicate project updates and progress reports to stakeholders and management.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and logs.
• Work closely with the project management team to achieve project goals effectively.
