Superintendent - Construction - Manhattan

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow and meet project goals.
• Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers to align on schedules, budgets, and project updates.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials, and labor.
• Resolve on-site conflicts and provide solutions to ensure project continuity.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, to provide updates and address concerns.
