Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day on-site construction operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and safety standards.
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and address issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with project managers to develop and execute project schedules.
  • Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
