Superintendent - Construction - Manhattan

• Manage daily on-site construction operations to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow.
• Enforce safety protocols and compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to project plans and safety standards.
• Work closely with project managers to report progress and manage budgets.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with all project stakeholders.
