Job Description

  • Supervise daily construction activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to meet project requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues as they arise.
  • Review and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Manage on-site inspections and quality control procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members.
  • Resolve any conflicts or challenges that may impact project timelines.
