Superintendent - Construction - Manhattan

• Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring quality and adherence to project specifications.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Review project plans and specifications, addressing any potential issues proactively.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee material deliveries and inventory to prevent delays or shortages.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports to keep the team informed.
• Resolve on-site challenges swiftly to minimize project disruptions.
