Superintendent - Construction - Manhattan

• Manage day-to-day on-site operations of construction projects.
• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and trades to ensure project timelines are met.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies on-site.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Communicate project updates with stakeholders and address concerns as necessary.
• Oversee quality control to ensure work is completed to the highest standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and reports.
• Collaborate with the project management team to ensure alignment on project goals.
