Superintendent - Construction - Manhattan

• Manage daily construction site operations and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to meet project objectives.
• Monitor and enforce safety standards across all site activities.
• Inspect work progress and ensure quality control throughout all project phases.
• Resolve any on-site issues or delays efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and address any concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and permits.
