Our client is hiring within the building and construction industry for a role based in Manhattan.

Job Description

  • Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure progress aligns with project schedules.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Monitor project compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and address potential issues.
  • Communicate updates and progress to stakeholders effectively.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all site activities.
  • Resolve any on-site conflicts or challenges that may arise during construction.
  • Support project completion by ensuring final inspections and punch lists are addressed.
