Job Description

  • Manage on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain smooth project flow.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all times.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates to project stakeholders.
  • Resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide construction efforts.
  • Oversee material deliveries and inventory to ensure availability for scheduled work.
  • Conduct site inspections to maintain adherence to project plans and safety protocols.
