Superintendent - Construction - Manhattan

• Manage day-to-day on-site construction operations and activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to ensure project timelines are met.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and enforce safety protocols on the job site.
• Oversee quality control to ensure construction meets project specifications and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
• Monitor project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
